Silence Is Precious
The silence screams the loudest
The quiet once again returns with thunder
The short peace stands the tallest
The calm is a vicious hunter
Voiceless against a war of words
Suffocating with a tank of oxygen
Alone in a crowded world
And the kindness you knew threatens
Everything but nothing stays the same
The confusion drives you insane
Nothing but everything will always change
Your mind is an obstacle course with a rocky terrain
Stop caring about what the opposites are
Don’t worry about what could go wrong
Pay no attention to those scars
There’s a promise that they won’t last long
So hold on to the silence that brings you to a wonderland
The quiet that brings serenity
And the peace that gives you soft commands
And the calm moments that pass too easily
