Silence

If you look deep into her eyes you will see tears welled up, waiting to escape, like the secrets she has buried deep, for ages. If you look deep into her eyes If you softly brush her cheeks you will feel smoothness scarred with wounds, like the anguish she suppresses with her smile. If you softly brush her cheeks. If you inhale near her nape you will smell her rousing fragrance covered with lavender, like the burning passion she hides with kindness. If you inhale near her nape. If you slowly kiss her lips you will taste lime infused with honey, like the bitter truths she never reveals. If you slowly kiss her lips And if you wake up while she sleeps beside you you will hear her unconscious whispers, like the secrets she spells out only when she knows no one is listening. If you wake up while she sleeps beside you.

I love this sight! Great work that kept my eyes glued to it from the beginning to the end. 'If I didn't read this poem, I would miss the beauty of art'.... Going to my fave, certainly! A 7 for you Shivali.
