Silence
Stop for a while,
Listen and learn;
Watch stillness style,
No need to yearn
Stop at the gate,
Simply breathe deep;
Sense beyond fate,
Silence now seeps.
Go beyond form,
See through the gap;
Know a sure norm,
For fear sets traps.
Leave your sure mind,
Breathe body will;
Seek now in kind,
Feel a deep thrill.
Peace frames your heart,
Discern the truth;
Stillness now starts
Clear genuine proof.
