Sights and Sounds

Raindrops pounding the pavement
like soldiers marching to war,
dark clouds blowing by
like cars on the freeway,
the crack of thunder sounding
like a home run swing,
and a light show
better than laser Floyd.

How I love a storm George, your description reminds me we are due for one and I wait with anticipation! Luv, Lizzie

Interesting comparison at the end. I am glad it is sunny here today, reading this violent weather makes me shiver.
