Sick of Missing You
I'm getting sick of missing you
Forgive the wish to see this through
The way we lived has left you cold
Ashes last, but not to hold
Whisper secrets, hide your view
I'm too fragile for the truth
So i wait for faith to shine
In a home that once was mine
Still I reach for grains of sand
Squeeze them tightly in my hand
All the damage that i've done
Falls below and leaves me numb
Tattoed in my honest voice
Broken folds of fragile skin
With my path still undefined
Finding patience for these times
I remember every day
Flashes in my mind decay
I'm forgetting how you felt
Pierce my skin and show me hell
So I scream into the dark
Where Lost echoes will embark
When these wounds will leave my heart
And i'll meet you at the start
