The truth I see in your eyes Deep down in your soul The truth you don't show anyone Not even me The anger that fills up inside you I don't understand It explodes at me with all its might It hurts it crushes it takes a piece of me I wish you'd let me in Instead you shut me out

No i am not in a abusive relationship at the time my husband an I were upset with each other an its how I felt at the time an thankx for the comment :)

Some people have a difficulty of expressing themselves -- sometimes they don't even know exactly what they are feeling . . . here is one suggestion -- pick something you both like doing . . . enjoy the task, event, the togetherness then slowly let conversation develop. I am assuming this is not physical violence -- if it is -- get safe, now!
