Show Me God

A question asked, an answer sought This truth be told but can’t be bought He’s all around, down low and high Some catch a glimpse through a needles eye In mountains high and valleys low A sunrise sets with ebb and flow Above each cloud and drop of rain He washes all with blood and vein A child’s voice, a baby’s cry You’ll feel his love and wonder why A blessing sent from up above Just look at life, you’ll see his love I share your quest for just a peek Here in my words is what you seek Each grain of sand and soil we trod Open your eyes, you will see God 1/22/22 Show me God Poetry Contest Sponsor: Unseeking Seeker

Really like those last two lines, and the mention of the eye of the needle. Congratulations!

Though we will never come face to face, we see God in everything…spring showers, summer flowers, autumn winds that blow and winter snow. You’ve created beautiful imagery, Mark.
