Shortcomings Defeated
O, how I can irritate some, so many shortcomings.
There's more than one.
Smoking, drinking, my language can be foul.
The cracking of knuckles, at times lazy is found.
Depressive moods, no dishes will be done.
If looks could kill, by now I would of killed no one.
Because with all my flaws, as plenty as they seem.
My compassion and love, overrides all that is me.
So, as bad as I sound, you might be surprised.
My flaws are nothing, when you look deep inside.
I'm faithful and honest.
Will always have your back.
I will fight for you, and I won't look back.
So as for flaws, which flow plenty in me.
Once you get to know me, they will fade.
You'll see.
