Shopping
At the plaza, this evening,
I did my best,
to get everything,
that I had on my list.
Saving groceries for last;
I first bought a hat.
Then in the pet store,
I bought a tag for my cat.
A new garden shovel;
a much shorter hose;
to store in my garden hovel.
Then, I remembered, the torn panty hose.
In lingerie store,
I found more than I needed.
A bra and colored panties galore;
my leisure budget, I exceeded.
Onto the grocery,
needing an onion and potato;
some fresh celery
and a big old tomato.
I also found some cute,
little zigzag noodles
then home, I did scoot;
with my kitchen caboodle.
