She's Wearing White Again Today

She’s wearing white again today, She smiles in a knowing way. Her eye’s sparkle and shine, One day I want her to be all mine. I think about her everyday, I know one day she will go away. In my dreams I make her stay, And she’s wearing white again today. I've seen her since she went away, Told her that I miss her everyday. She told me she could be all mine, When everything will turn out fine. She’ll be in touch, will ring me soon, That was November, now it’s June. Haven’t heard a word, nothing much to say, And I bet she’s wearing white again today. She’s wearing white again today, I’m thinking of a summer’s day. It seems I’m running out of time, Is love for me such a crime? I’ve let it go, I let her stray, Why can’t I give my heart away? I saw her only yesterday, But she turned and walked away. And yes, you guessed it, She was wearing white again today.
