She Stood Still
Once a year
Without fear
At her apex
Sunlight sex.
Life giver
Soul shriveller
Crop raiser
Harsh gazer.
Light glows love
Bright above
Warming hearts
Melting parts.
Manually
Annually
On my knees
"Shine on, please!"
