She Loves To Impress
Feline sits staring;
pensive and patient, is she.
Sudden acrobatic dancer
backward leaps;
tail poof’ed,
wildly thrashing the air.
She prances off;
head held high as if
some miraculous feat was, just performed.
Actually, it was;
I couldn't have done it!
Feline knows that,
I stand in awe
of her dexterity.
I swear…she’s smiling!
