Shattered Glass

I am a shattered glass. Pieces of me have been stolen. So young to be broken. I am a shattered glass who never dared to hope that I’ll be whole again. I am a shattered glass when you came to my life and stayed on my journey. I am a shattered glass. I knowingly broke you and stole your person. We are both shattered glasses. We are both broken and incomplete. We are the same. We were both shattered glasses. We were both broken and incomplete until you forgave me. You are now a new glass. You have a new life, forgot about being broken. I was even more shattered. How and why did you forgive me when I destroyed you? How and why did you forgive me? I need to know the answer so I can too, forgive myself. How and why did you forgive me? I need to know the answer so I can heal some parts of me.
