Shall Time Speak
Girl you an I used to chat late night where our spirits walk
The unknown was fearless til love came
It was dangerous on the topics we talk
That I still feel a connection after we came
To an end now I have you wondering why
The moon so lovely with out you
A heart key to my lock is what you find
Why try to hide the feelings we have
Our spirits are entwine in our mind
We walk through the most dangerous caves.
Now I sit back making poetry
That one day when we meet we shall share
The bad to the good of what life be
You know I careless about the past
If I can have you in my arms
Everything to this puzzle will fit at last
My heart knows more then my thoughts
Your body is calling me late night.
Girl I try to walk away but the shadows talk
Telling me the one who got away
Everyday my poetry is towards you
Acquainted
Girl night is where we met
Night is where are souls come to rest
We share are wounds that where open wide
We spent countless hours deciding what to do in life
Are goals were same the topics of sex
Was the best.
Girl I find myself where our bridge used to stand
Most of my poetry I try to understand
Why it end was it fate or god
Was it moments that led to this
So I nod to the beat of life
Questioning everything at my feet
Girl I can't call defeat if I know we shall not meet
Girl I know more will come to take the heart
But they will not make a mark
Apart of this girl I used the benefits from you.
Shall time speak.
