This earth of mad disease, this seat of farce This other Eden, demi - paradise, This other heathen, den of parasites, This fortress built by nature for her self That debauched our nature into poor health, Against infection and the hand of war, Cocaine injections, and demand for more, This happy breed of men, this little world, This hapless greed of men, this fickle world, This precious stone set in a silver sea. This pressure zone, set in a sickly sea. Which serves it in the office of a wall, Which serves it as a novice, to a thrall, Or as a moat defensive to a house, Whereby our vote suspensive, to all nous, Against the envy of less happier lands ~ Sustaining entry, from less pleasant lands~ This blessed plot, this earth, this realm, This bolshie plot, of dearth, that overwhelms, This England.
