Shadows of a Dream
Hungering for my obscured apparitions,
The silhouette, yes the very breath of my passions I once knew.
Its tinted window’s view.
Its is then, I am awaken inside the shadows of a dream,
Or perhaps it is merely an altered dimension, I once knew.
Yet I know, it is there, that I absorb the dancing darkness
that captures the essence of the night.
For I am mesmerized by my liberty
That yearns to be renewed.
All before the dawn reveals its heart within its first morning light,
And before I step upon with bare feet, the morning’s dew.
