Shadow of the Crepuscular

Never alone in the middle of the night (With me here for you feels like home) Glare of a shadow in the absence of light (By your side you’ll never be alone) A faint distill in the air (Smiling he falls down to one knee) A hopeful turn and a distant stare (Yes she replies with a tear full of glee) (The miseries of marriage and the joys a new) A roof over her head and a bed built for two (Tiss a love story just begun) And tiss a song and must be sung

There is something very Gerard Manley Hopkins about this ... very captivating rhythm too. Welcome to poetry soup, it is a world of friends and poets, but it also a human world where we find support for human feelings ... I pray I may count on you for such a friendship. You have found your voice, I know, let it flow.
