She asked for a pic I went through the rules No this and that Bust and above My best features Only that No hips and no arms those aren't my charms I went through the drill My students knew it well She came and whispered in my ear, "Teacher, I love your figure You're SO sexy." I burst out laughing Was this a joke? No, she was dead serious She loved how I moved She loved how I danced "Back home... They'd love a woman like you Your fullness is proportionate and sexy." It seems a silly thing But I did pose for the pic I flicked back my hair Had a smile on my face... No, I'm not who I was... But I'll get there somehow I have to enjoy the here and now A simple compliment I'd heard like it before from both genders... Hard to accept When you feel bad about yourself But I never tire of hearing it Beautiful and sexy... Me? It's all in the attitude In the way that you move in your smile and your eyes Even with thunder thighs A move and a shake Will keep them awake BUT.... I'm going to gain back my former glory and watch out world.... That compliment is about to turn REAL! Eileen

Jan....Jan, wish I could give you a hug. You don't know how I suffer...There are times I just don't want to leave the house. :( Then when I look good and someone compliments me like that....I feel so good about myself. I know I should not be dependent on that, but....it does feel good when I'm dolled up and I get told nice things. Thank you for your encouragement. This is a painful issue for me. Hugs

Men are my slaves?! Oh, Mama Bear....if you were here...I'd give you the biggest sweetest bear hug ever. Love you for saying that. :) Yes, I need to concentrate more on the important things. I was always a little superficial that way. Beauty is important to me....It shouldn't be, but it is...As I grow older, I realize I can't hold on to youth or shape...it hurts, but I try to be positive. Thanks for the support. Hugs

Caramelized eyes are the most attractive. ;) Yes...I hope so. My daughter will help. My anti depressants and my underactive thyroid haven't helped! ;( The tiredness has been hard to overcome, but...I'm on meds, and I hope that the New Year will see a new me. I will NEVER be thin....but....I just want to be...SEXY...er! HA HA! Oh dear....It's good to laugh. Thanks for the visit.

Oh Paul...aren't you sweet! :) Did you see the ones of me in the purple dress? ;) If you've seen those...then you know...I'm a chunky woman. I live vicariously through my daughter. I still know how to dance and move....That helps! Oh...if only I'd belly dance half an hour every day....You know why it's good to be a fat belly dancer though? You shake it once...and it keeps jiggling! ;) Ok...I'll stop now. Hugs

Yes beauty is not about being like a model on a french catwalk.Beauty comes in many shapea and sizes...I usually find bwauty of men in their eyes,smile,humor and mostly in their heart.It doesnt make a difference if he is xhubby or thin,bald or full of hair,rich or poor...Yes sweet Eileen ..any man ans wiman who believes He she is beautiful..They truelly are..as so are you..Lovely message dear.

Beauty is that inner glow...though. THAT we can't forget. I've seen very beautiful women with no....sparkle. I've seen average looking women who are just radiant. Men as well....Size is a big issue. I like curves...and I like men with some meat on their bones. Oh well....To each his own. Hugs

Hello, sweetie. Glad you stopped by for a visit. I know all about using the phone in the dark. I'm on my lap top now though. Everyone is asleep and I'm about to turn in. I've been busy with visitors this past week. The rush of invitations and Christmas. I finally have some time to myself. Yes...you are right. I'm still very much a visual person and beauty moves me. I even point out pretty women to my husband. Crazy...I know...but beauty is to be admired.
