Sexually Molested

Self-Esteem destroyed; lost and never found Engaged in unwanted advances; horror all around X-Rated is the actions; the pain is something unable to forget United are the demons, which created the mood to set Audacity running through his veins; unable to see the fright Losing all my dignity; fighting with all my might Lusting for a purpose; one of the ultimate sins Yearning for gratification; not thinking about the child within Mortified beyond repair; a terrified child now resides Open to the vulnerability; a perfect secret now to hide Losing this perverted battle; feeling mute and all alone Emptiness has now replaced, a subtle joyful tone Silence I have learned; haunting memories hiding within Trust I give to no one; for all of life is one big sin Exiled from a childhood, that helped make me who I am today Disgraced by the memories as I watched my childhood fade away © Stacy Lynn Stiles

Dear Stacy, This is a very powerful write. Sometimes are darknest moments in life give us our greatest strengths. So many great people in history had terrible terrible pasts. You can, rise above it and be the powerful spirit you were meant to be. Your writing is a great start. Love and peace, Lainie

One of the things I like about writing is that you can grab the horror inside and force it out on paper. At least then it's no longer in hiding. This is really courageous of you.

Your life is or never has been one big sin. You bring something special to this world. The sin belongs to the predator. The curiosity, self questioning, difficulty with the self esteem are all part of the assault on the innocent. Self righteous liberal bastards in the judicial system usually let the criminals walk. Working with kids who have gone through, I often battle my own feelings of rage and dreams of street justice. Vince

The pain comes through your words here. This reality happens way too often and destroys too many lives. Good use of the acrostic form. Congratulations on being featured this week. I wish you ongoing success with your writing. Karen
