Settles Quatern

Belonging to the earth and moon The sun empowers blooms of June. 'Pon the horizon casts its rays of pastel longings of great days. Roosters crow up the sun with tunes belonging to the earth and moon. The sun delights with a great start Greets summer with an open heart. The birds sing a love song aloud From a stage to a roaring crowd. Belonging to the earth and moon the sun delights this afternoon. A good afternoon capacitates energy to flow through love gates, settles; reaching the sun's commune belonging to the earth and moon Sponsor: Andrea Dietrich Contest: Do You Know Quatern Written this May 05, 2014

My dear Sara, This is such a lovely poem you have wrote in Quatern. I am not nearly as fluent as your are in the various poetic forms. All I know is that as I read your poem, the rhythmic rhyme resonates ever so beautifully in my mind. I am particularly drawn to your use of the word "capacitates". It is a beautiful word we do not often see in creative writing. And you chose it well. Hugs;) Ben
