By surprise and certainly unexpected I was the one How was I chosen? Fate had not been kind Sudden accidents rarely miracles occurred Yet, I was the one I desired to prolong the joyous occassion But it was short lived Nonetheless, grateful to be endowed Serendipitously with serendipity
