September
Silent fallen leaf is nothing more than
Ending summer’s waving good bye
Purple, yellow, russet and brown leaves
Tumbling down and swept in a heap
Exhausted trees are ready to sleep on
Multicolored, rich and rare carpet lay
Blowing soft wind singing the carols
Even the spring beauty no such grace as
Resting one autumnal face I have seen.
