Self Being

My dreams are real Of my sins I repent Regrets been spent In years that never end My thoughts are deep Doubt they sow Fear they reap Tomorrow's revelry they keep My heart is scared Wounds that stitched each part Pieces sown of threaded loom My soul is mortal Imperfections in flawed perfection Paths taken with blind vision Severed wings in collision My own Mortal resolution Hope a cloud on painted sky Luminescent in distance of far Life is strained with memories contained My mortal life portrayed. (Crow Cries)
