Joy and love and peace
Frame your soul's increase
Seize each day with play
Live each moment's say
Seize beyond mere fad
Blake both glad and sad
Seize what fate decrees
Dare to live plenty
Seize warm sunlit hours
Make moonlit times ours
Seize the open way
Know fond love frames stay
Seize now all around
Love's pure play profound
Follow your sure heart
For soul knows life's art
