Man's ways now melt the ice Not thinking there’s a price Oceans start to expand Flooding more and more land Burning began the show Global warming now grow Snowball speeds down the slope With this man cannot cope From ocean mankind came Soon return. End of game.

The last two verses really stand out “From the ocean - one day we came, Soon we return - end of the game” . So honest and straight to the point. Well penned Tony :-)

I read an article about a month ago that said the hole in the ozone layer was getting smaller not bigger. Regardless, the climate is obviously changing be it man made or natural. I did greatly enjoy your poem, Tony.

Hi Daniel. Thanks for this. The ozone layer is recovering since the CFC ban (Montreal Protocol, 1987, ozone depletion chemicals). With determination we can make a difference. But this issue with our global warming gases is a huge one to solve. Can we do it? Best wishes. Tony
