Sedation

Thoughts haunt with no way to make them stop, 1 pill, 2 pills, 3 pills, 4. The only way to ease the pain is to sedate, 5 pills, 6 pills, 7 pills, then 3 more. If its not one thing its another, 1 slice, 2 slice, 3 slice, 4. One failure after another never ending, 5 slice, 6 slice, 7 slice, then 3 more. Can never get ahead of it, 1 burn, 2 burns, 3 burns, 4. For it’s a tormenting cycle, 5 burns, 6 burns, 7 burns, then 3 more. Just want to be sane again, 1 gasp, 2 gasps, 3 gasps, 4. I wish I could start over, 5 gasps, 6 gasps, 7 gasps, till there's no more.
