Secret Dreaming
I keep you in my thoughts throughout the day
Even within each note of the soft keys I play
As the water pours gently down my skin
The remains of you, swirling in an insipid spin
You destroyed me in an intimate fate
Kept me captive in a spine tingling state
Have me at your call, tease me at your beck
Your heavy breaths leave imprints on my neck
Whisper in my ear and bring me to my knees
Let me show you that I’m the one to please
Sing softly to me and let my whole body hum
Whilst in this dream you got me under your thumb
Hunger for you passing each waking moment
Feed me, as for my heart you’ve already stole it
Pull your hair back, let me lick the veins on your throat
A flicker of my eyelids is all that keeps my brain afloat
Look at me so softly and make my eyes succumb
And keep me hostage and let my mind go numb
Your tongue begins to work with mine, begin this partnership
You taste like holy water, my prayers answered with every sip
So whilst these dammed thoughts race through my sleep
I’ll let our heavenly father believe I’m counting sheep
