Seasons

Seasons Everything grows in its own season. Everything that happens, happens for a reason. As seasons change, new flowers bloom- New stars & possibilities visible beneath the new moon. Goodbye to the remnants from past season’s storms. Once beautiful treasures now left shattered and torn. Goodbye to the tattered memories of the past While some things survived, others were never meant to last. Hello to the crisp fresh air of a new day, An opportunity to try new things, a chance to get away. Hello to lessons learned from past pain & strife, A new understanding and welcome new life. Hello to new perspective & wonderful things to come, Possibilities for new experiences, friendships, & unexpected love. Apprehensive about the unknown and what to expect, I close my eyes; take a breath and whisper, “ready, set…” -Poetic Love 9/29/10
