Sea Wind Spirits
Amongst the crashing waves,
Hooves pounding on the soft wet sands.
Staying away from watery graves,
Out of reach of the ocean's hands.
Wild manes and tails fly in the wind,
Sea gulls squaw, hunt and hover.
Sleek coats shine in rays the sun and moon send,
Distant rumbles warn them to run for cover.
Sea wind spirits run wild and free,
Not a serious threat to worry about at the time.
If only their predators would let them be,
They'd all be happy and fine.
