A lovely day Confronts our poise In a strange way This random choice A trip to find Place by this sea In heart and mind To once more see A flight of sight Here by this track Where hurling light Breaks a new tact A chance upon The days once fair Here and beyond Sea breeze and airs A simple stroll By weathered beach As winds now roll Touch each to each A lovely pair Of pretty birds That sing and stare As if unheard.
