Scary Moments
There are times when, faced with the shadows
I realize the need to kneel on all fours
To ask for redemption, for salvation
Why for even a ray of liberation
Only God can save my soul
None other than Him can bring it to a stall
The might of the devil, the dark forces
Those agents giving humanity no choices!
They showed themselves to me once,
Scared, I got lost in their dark trance
Scared at the sight of bright eyes
Staring at me as if wishing to shower on me, cruelties!
I was made to see the dark side of existence
Faced with them I lost all my stance
How ugly were they those little men, how disgusting
So ugly that they deserve not any describing!
Having no hands, no teeth and no heads,
On human hearts, they allow themselves to be fed
Cold blooded and frightening
They are beyond any imagining!
Scary moments, what is unreal for some people
Are for me that which can make me tremble
Yet, the merciful hand of God cures everything,
With one swipe of the hand, he had me, once more, in joyful living!
Scary moments, I wish not to relive them again
For they bring me not any gain nor any pain
But they can rob me of my stability
Fear is indeed a thing to be kept away from abidingly!
