Scarlett's Rage
Pretty Scarlett was richer than the cotton fields;
And with all the wealth, she knew how to smile,
But as the Civil War raged on, she shed tears.
Pretty Scarlett was richer than the cotton fields;
Cannons blasted and flames rose over the hills,
And deprived of food, she confronted her dire.
Pretty Scarlett was richer than the cotton fields;
And with all the wealth, she knew how to smile.
This scene is from the movie, " Gone With The Wind."
