Scare Me Good
Listen to poem:
I see my child upon a swing and hear her giggles oh so clear.
I want to run my hand in her hair and and tell her that I love her.
The world today seems strangely cloaked .
I call her name but I get no response.
I turn around and an ambulance stands its blues and twos alight.
I hear people scream and run to see a body lay perfectly still
I look upon the bloodied ground and see its me
And scream, but no one hears my ghostly scream .
