You're eyes drew me in, As well as your smile. Your hope set me free, And my soul now runs wild. Wild as the wind That I feel graze my face. A once wandering soul Which has now found her place. Your arms a safe haven, As you wipe falling tears. You comfort me wholely, Help me face all my fears. You've taught me a bravery, I didn't know I possessed. But you've driven me onward, Helped me conquer life's quests. I was fueled by self hatred, My agonies pressing. But your lyrics of kindness, Has me now second guessing.
