Saving the World
Saving a world, that is out of control,
nothing will work, until the scriptures flow.
Dealing with criminals, that is a daily task,
paperwork can't solve it, never has.
Schools now a fortress, they have to be,
metal detectors, and dogs, are a common thing.
Drugs are now controlling, how our youth think,
what is the answer, we have a missing link.
Prayer has been given the bad rap of the year,
when all it does, is bring Jesus near.
Wars being fought in distant lands,
our soldiers paying dearly, does anyone understand?
No quick fix, can solve this mess,
but still our troops continue doing their best.
The pathway to hell, some are paving it well,
closing our eyes, and avoiding the smell.
What is the answer, I really don't know,
but when God was evicted, the problems, really,
got out of control.
