Save Them

Can the world survive, What is to come? Maybe not. We need our savior, Our hero, Save us he ought. Where will our world be? When it all come down to the end, Who will be alive, And who will be dead? "He'll save us." They all said. Yet he did not, and we perished instead. Where is our hero, When we need him most? He let me die, And never came for me. This was one of the times, Where I would cry, And fear what was to come. Why did her save them, And not the other few some? I question it all now, Did he really do much, Or would we be better off dead? I ask those questions, The like, the such. Please my hero, Don't let me down again, Don't fail me, Especially when I need to smile, And all I have is a frown. When the whole world, Looks to you, Who do you save, What to do? Oh, How I have wondered these things, What will he do? And I say that maybe he just gave up, He cant do this anymore, He was scared, Of the way things have fared. So this is what I do, I go, And search for people, Who need him, So he could know. They I'll rise, And think about back then, I'll get my suit, And go save them. I can't let people die, Not when there was something I could have done, I am a hero, I will fight till the flame is gone from the sun, Fight for right and wrong. I am The Hero, The Heroine, And this is where all my doubt, Their doubt, Reaches the end of the line.
