“The customer is always right” Is what they used to say Way back when problems got resolved Much better than today. Yet there are certain companies That still believe it’s true And they will work until You’re satisfied with what they do. To prove the point, I had today An online service “chat” And to that representative, I’d like to tip my hat. She tried a lot of different things So I would be content. Our little “chat” was worth the time And money that was spent. Though satisfaction lately’s Oft in very short supply, I’d recommend the service reps Who work for Shutterfly.

Oh so very true Ilene, Service (what service), businesses don't care any more all they want is your money, we had a chap come around to give us a quote on window shutters last week and as soon as he walked in the door he was all over us like a rash and then got down to business, he buttered us up first, he wasn't interested in our life story all he wanted was a sale, great work my friend............Vera..........

yes, service ain't what it used to be, but it's so wonderful to see businesses that still care. I don't know anything about Shutterfly!!! Is it an airplane or something to do with a camera? hahaha

hey andrea! shutterfly is a photo company that takes your pictures and lets you arrange them in books or gift items - mugs, t-shirts, calendars, etc. they have a great customer service dept.

I entered my complaint today somewhere they didn't care. I ended up with no return for what had not been there. The truth was told for what was sold with out a policy. So now my bank account is dry, with nothing left for me. Awesome job once again ilene. You tell a tale, but with such skill and style. Peace. :)

I agree. Fewer and fewer it seems care if the customer is satisfied or not but then expect a positive 'customer service rating'. Nice poem with a good message and then acknowledging appreciation, another needed message for today's time. :) <3

thanks for the comment, sharon! i've had many more bad experiences with companies than good in the customer service dept., so it was worth writing about one that was actually very helpful.
