My husband loves ham too. I prefer roast beef sandwich but I always end up getting tuna and cheese when I am at Subways.

I love roast beef too but I like it with horseradish sauce. Tuna and chicken are low on sodium. I'm trying to eat healthy. :)

I have wrote quite a bit of poems on food. Now that my wife and I are serious about loosing weight, I guess I'll be thinking of food more.
