Seasonal Affective Disorder When Evening Night Eventually Ends Disporportionally sooner Lights Inside needed Great outside light diminished Help needed To end sad (SAD is an illness that some people have when they don't get enough light in the winter and some people have an additional illness to getting too much light in summer which causes depression.)

I didn't know that.....And as for your comment ummm I don't necessarily agree... There have been some very shifty mean people who were also spiritual. Nothing surprises me much anymore...because its impossible to assume anything about anyone.

yes that time change thing really gets to us sometimes along with the days getting shorter. Good educational acrostic. Nicely done in a couple ways. Robert (i'll be careful about spreading..the....ink..around, Sara)
