Sacrifice Is Necessary

what happened to you? usually it wouldnt phase you. you seem different, distant, resistant. you've changed. is there anything i can do to help? slowly you're changing. its leaving an emotional welp. in the past my heart has hurt, but you were the one who nutured it back to health. now you're not you, no longer a rainbow. filled with blacks and grays you sit there, staring into space. it is a physical slap to the face. though you say i shouldnt blame myself, it's my job to make sure you're content. im tired, im sad. this time with you was the best ive ever had. the emotions and thoughts coarsing through my brain, have me spent. so lets bottle up your menthol breath, for which the cost is death, and put it to good use. we can revive the feelings once felt, we can bring this love back to life. you and me, me and you.
