Sacred Places
Ethereal gold lined clouds of a new morn'
Wind swept solitude breathes holy
Trees heavy with luminescent diamonds
The rain refreshes anew with glorious expectation
I feel the comfort of Angels round about me
All faith, peace and joy are mine.
Salvation is my companion
A lonely sparrow sitting on an old stone cross
Contemplating with petitions, just as I seek answers.
The sun radiates luminescence through stained glass
I believe in the holy sacred places, the house of prayer!
I am a seeker full of Praise and Thanksgiving.
My tears fall freely with gratitude of my salvation
Love spreads warmly like honey inside my soul
Healing hugs my worn body, the temple of my Lord
Another miracle of love renews and refreshes me as
I abide in the Secret place, in His Shadow.
Great gates guard the sanctuary
Verdant fields of saints await Him.
Waiting for His call
I light a candle
Life is truly a mystical journey
Death is not an end
Heavenly stars will shine bright tonight!
