S E a S O N S
Seasons.
Golden brown leaves are falling from trees
and Autumn is here at our doors.
Jack Frost is lurking to spread his black ice
as he spreads it all over the moors.
Then gale force winds with the changing days
Winter is on its way.
Short days long nights seem to last forever
as grey clouds hide the suns light away.
But with winter here we can now look ahead
to the unfolding seasons to come.
As new life begins with flowers in spring
and the warmth from a hot summers sun.
Then as buds are growing green leaves are showing
the miracle of life onward bound.
As we watch each new season develop
and creation springs up from the ground.
