Royal Pain

It's taken years To come down to this No longer will you rule With such an iron fist I won't walk on eggshells I refuse to sit silent Won't take your tantrums You act like a child Always pointing your finger At all I have done wrong While sitting so proud On your pedistool of denial Making unjustified accusations I think it may be you With a guilty conscious This is the day I take back my crown I banish you from all the power So step down off my throne Watch how a real ruler reigns As your castle burns It will be me fanning the flames
