Of all my favorite people here on the Soup Robert Hinshaw is at the top of the group Kind and funny and a cowboy at heart His wonderful western poems set him apart A master of rhyme, he can rhyme 'most anything To his great verse some humor he brings Retired Air Force, he served his country well I'll bet over coffee he'd have stories to tell If you see he's posted something brand new Stop by and visit, and you'll become a fan too...

I've been reading Robert's poems from the very beginning when I discovered him on the Soup. He's a first-class renconteur (story teller, it sounds better in French, don't you think?). I love his use of querky words and his amazing gift for rhyme. And, by-the-way, how much did he pay you to write this homage? Hahaha! / M
