River Line

The stream meanders in the sunshine Pebbles gently roll revealing crabs hiding from the noisy gulls above. They sideways saunter scurrying fast A little boy watches .. a gull sweeps swiftly the young lad scoops up the crabs in his net … which is on a long rod. Gently he replaces them near rocks. Screeching and swooping the angry gull is cross on losing his crab supper. The gentle water journeys onward towards the sea, pulled by the moons phase Syllables Per Line: 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 penned 9 December 2016

It's very restrictive working in syllable count I find, but it does give it a very nice flow! Well done, Seren! A 9 also.
