Rescue Me

Hear me from my prison cell where which I cry for thee hear me from where I slowly burn this place from which I must be set free Can you come and set me on a path that seems unknown will you come and break the barrier that holds me prisoner alone? The darkness grows deeper, thicker my eyes alone, they cannot see will you shine your light when you come to rescue me? Rejected by life, as well as death my place, I cannot tell I yearn to experience heaven All I know is this place of hell Unable to escape, I need your guidance to help me break through I know your going to a better place Will you come and take me, too?
