While walking this morning I met the renowned artist; Fall
He had dressed the sidewalks and streets with his outstanding pieces of art
Thrilled by the cold nights he appeared to be working hard
Turning so many leaves into vibrant blossoms before letting them fall off
Colors he chose were varied in shades
Greens were changing into multiple tones of red
Little speckles of auburn he had dusted at some of their tip ends
On some he had carefully painted greenish yellow tinged veins
For some he had chosen a gorgeous silky yellow
Some were showing off their attractive peachy red glow
A few were embellished with pigments of color purple
Base was painted orange for some with a hint of blond marvel
Numerous outstanding shades and outlines of brown he had displayed
Trees were pulsating with golden red radiance he had spread
He also had carefully used magenta and blue on some
Making the prominent textures and outlines of the leaves evident
Wind was blowing hard making amusing sound
Playing chase with the crunchy leaves Fall had scattered on the ground
As usual Mother Nature had me in awe showing her yet another character
She managed to bring a huge smile to me while describing her arty nature
