Remembering Love
To My Wife
On the 12th year from the day we met
It was, what had seemed,
An ordinary day
I had no clue, that Cupid,
Was armed, and on his way
I never knew,
When his arrow flew
It would lead me on my way
To ever lasting Love
I share with you, this day
It could have been, just
An Autumn tease
That kissed the summer heat Goodbye
And blew in like a breeze
To make my heart just cry
"September's here " That's why
Through these many years,
Though we laughed, and sometime cried
I Remember you, the way I often do
The love that filled my life
by Me Sept 2014
