Remember Me This Christmas

Remember Me this Christmas When you are sitting warm and free Remember Me this Christmas And how I made the world to be I called your name and gave you gifts And how I walked the shores of Galilee Many days I thought of you And the day I‘d bring you home But first I had a job to do And I had to do it all alone A plan was made before the world To save you from the enemy Who had you in his hand Remember now the virgin birth Impossible to man A baby in a manger bed Protected by the Father and a mighty angel band It was Me, I was coming, following God’s plan All for you I came on down To bring you up on high Remember Me at Christmas time And the blood that I have shed And ask the question why “I’m not important, am I Lord?” “I died for you”, He said My love goes out to find you To help you every day Remember how I died at Calvary On a cross for doing right Remember Me this Christmas time Not just about My birth How I healed the sick and lame And gave the blind their sight Eternal life My greatest gift It’s the package in My hand You must believe I rose on high After three days in the grave And call on Me for life so that I can save I save you from the enemy The works have all been done All the blessings ever dreamed You’ll find them in the Son Remember Me this Christmas And all My work on Earth Reach out and take My gift of life And I will be your Bridegroom And you can be My wife
