I could give you a simple answer to that and it's up to you what strategy will you apply to make it appear comprehensive. It has something to do with the way how we handle things in life especially in time of crisis. Learn the virtues for life. You can even research to make you equipped. Everyone has to learn to deal with it. Be determined and open-minded one. Be contented and forgiving and so on. Key words: Virtues for Life
